Anne is one of Oulixeus’ founders and General Partners. Anne brings over 20 years of experience leading transformational strategy and change initiatives. She loves developing creative strategies to achieve client goals and breathing life into strategy via organizational change. Her portfolio of work includes policy development, international security, strategic planning and implementation, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, enterprise-wide transformation and change management.
Anne’s private industry experience spans technology, biopharma and life sciences, aerospace and defense and management consulting. She has consulted for several US Federal Agencies and non-profit organizations including the World Bank, the World Economic Forum and the Smithsonian Institution. She has led teams across North America, Asia, Latin America and Europe. Anne’s past employers include Amgen, Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC and the Center for Naval Analyses.
Anne holds a master of arts from The Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), studying at the Washington, DC and Bologna, Italy campuses. She earned a bachelors of arts in English, international relations and French from Beloit College, with study at L’Université de Haute Bretagne (University of Upper Brittany) in Rennes, France. She speaks French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese.
Anne enjoys cooking, travel, reading and distance running. She recently participated in the San Diego Marathon in support of Team in Training and the Leukemia and Lymphona Society (LLS). She is also working pro bono for the Chinook Nation to develop a strategic plan and seek funding for key preservation grants.
