- Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Integrated approach (based on a combination of techniques from Lean Six Sigma to the Business Motivational Model) to assess current processes against the desired future state, identify and scope required transformation. Includes transformation planning with clear metrics for monitoring progress and responding to stakeholder feedback.
- Change Impact Analysis. Identification of required organizational changes and assessment of how they impact different stakeholders from structural, resource and behavioral perspectives.
- Stakeholder Management. Identification and prioritization of affected stakeholders, assessment of support vs. resistance and stakeholder management plan aligned with communication and training.
- Communications Planning. Integrated plan for communications cascade throughout the course of a change initiative to build needed support and continuously solicit stakeholder input.
