- RFI / RFQ / RFP Management. Full lifecycle management of requests for information, quotes or full proposals from vendors. Includes assessment of existing needs; development of formal requests; facilitation of selection criteria; selection of vendors for invitation; management of the request/response process; and analysis of responses based on your cost, needs and section criteria.
- Master Service Agreement (MSA) Development. Development of MSAs to ensure your organization receives what it requires when forming agreements with vendors and services providers. Include definition of such items as: key terms and services, tasking and delivery model, acceptance criteria, payment terms, governance and performance standards, access to material, qualification of personal, confidentiality, indemnification, termination and transition, liability and dispute resolution.
